Bengals/Burrow Reach Record Breaking Deal

Yesterday, the NFL now has a new highest paid player in history. Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals agreed to a 5-year, $275 million extension that includes $219.01 million guaranteed.

It is no secret that Joe Burrow has been a star from the moment he entered the NFL. In 42 career games, Burrow has compiled 11,774 yards with 82 touchdowns. Adding to his impressive resume is a 68.2 CMP%.

The Bengals now have their quarterback of the future and will focus their sights to week one of the NFL season when they take on the Browns this Sunday. Burrow has already led the Bengals to the Super Bowl once, this year, he'll look to hoist the Lombardi Trophy with Cincinnati.
