Derek Carr Was Great in His Saints Preseason Debut

The Saints defeated the Kansas City Chiefs yesterday, 26-24. Derek Carr made his first start in preseason. Derek Carr was the Saints biggest free agent signing this past offseason. They inked a deal with QB Derek Carr, it was a four year, $150 million contract.

Derek Carr really balled out in his debut. Obviously, it's just preseason, but it's definitely a good sign for Saints fans. Derek Carr went 6/8, 70 yards, 1 TD, and a 140.6 rating.

The Saints finally have themselves a good QB, in Derek Carr. They've been searching for one, and they certainly got one. Hopefully the Saints will be able to put it all together, they certainly have the potential to be a solid team this year.
