Pats Sign Veteran RB

Yesterday, the Patriots announced that they have signed veteran RB Ezekiel Elliot. The one-year deal could be worth up to $6M. Elliot, was known as one of the best RB in the league just a short time ago. With NFL teams shying away from paying RB big money, Elliot found his way out of Dallas.

Elliot has seen amounts of success through his 7-year career. In 103 career games, Elliot has rushed for 8,262 yards along with 68 touchdowns. Just last season, Elliot rushed for 876 yards with 12 touchdowns.

Elliot is joining a offense that can use his veteran presence. The Patriots are in a position in which they are not used to. With the addition of Ezekiel Elliot, their rushing game could have a big boost.
