Vikings and T.J. Hockenson Agree to Extension

The Minnesota Vikings and TE T.J. Hockenson reached a huge extension yesterday. The deal is worth $68.5M over four years. The $17.125M annual average and $42.5M guaranteed are the highest for a tight end in NFL history.

The updated highest paid TE's per year average is:

. Darren Walller: $17M

. George Kittle: $15M

. Travis Kelce: $14.31M

. Dallas Goedert: $14.25M

. Mark Andrews: $14M

With T.J. Hockenson signing an NFL history contract extension with the Vikings, it'll officially reset the TE's market.

T.J. Hockenson added so much to the Vikings offense last year when they traded for him. They got the deal done with a very good TE in T.J. Hockenson and the Vikings have there TE of the future.
